Afrobeats star, Kingsley Okonkwo, popularly known as KCee has opened up about his family background, revealing that popular Lagos socialite, Emeka Okonkwo, aka E-Money, is the lastborn in a family of seven.

The revelation came during his appearance on the Tea With Tay podcast, hosted by Temisan Emmanuel which started trending on Saturday.

The host, noting that only KCee and E-Money are widely recognised from the Okonkwo family, asked if there were other siblings the public didn’t know about.

KCee responded candidly, saying, “We have four girls and three guys. E-Money is the lastborn.”

He went on to share a bit more about his siblings saying, “Our first son is a pastor who lives in Abuja. He’s not into all the social media drama; he just minds his business and serves God. My sisters are all happily married, one of them even lives in Italy with her family.”

KCee also explained why the spotlight seems to shine only on him and E-Money:

“For me and E-Money, we’re super close. So it often feels like it’s just the two of us in the public eye, but we’re actually a big family,” he said.

‎The lawmaker representing Aguata 2 state constituency in the 8th legislature of Anambra State, Hon. Chief Tony Muobike (Dike Anagbara Izu), a Nigerian-born Canadian citizen, has explained the reasons he never returned to Canada since he was elected, except when the assembly is on recess.

‎Unlike most politicians who will abandon their duty posts and abandon their responsibilities by embarking on prolonged trips abroad after being elected into office. Muobike stated that;

‎”I have to attend to plenaries. I have to be there for my people. I have to be there when they call me. I have to go down to my constituency to know what is happening there. So the job requires my physical presence down here. So in the last two years, I have been around. I only travel during recess but during work time, I am here”

‎Muobike who is the House of Assembly Committee Chairman on Health, has sponsored a basic life support training programme for over 100 youths in Aguata Local Government Area and that currently, many of the youths hold licences from the Nigerian Red Cross Society as accredited first aiders.
