Imam D!es in a Mosque During Khutbah

Published

on

An Imam has reportedly passed away while delivering the Khutbah in a Mosque as Muslims observe their month of fast.

In a Facebook post by one Abdullahi Isezuo Sanni in a Muslim group, “Dua is the gift from Allah”, the cleric was said to have suddenly stopped his sermon and gave up the ghost.

The post reads:
“The Imam of Umar Ibn Al-Khattab Masjid in Morocco passed away on a blessed Friday while delivering the Khutbah, speaking profoundly about the reality of the afterlife and the certainty of death.

In a moment that deeply moved worshippers, he paused his sermon, appeared to sense his final moments, and began reciting the Kalimah-e-Shahada, the ultimate declaration of faith for every Muslim. His passing in the house of Allah, during worship, stands as a powerful reminder of life’s purpose and the truth of the Hereafter.

May Allah forgive his shortcomings, elevate his ranks, and grant him Jannat-ul-Firdaus. Ameen.

Pastor Funke Adejumo blasts critics dragging Jerry Eze over church funds

Pastor Funke Adejumo has come out strongly in defence of Pastor Jerry Eze amid ongoing criticisms about church money and projects.

Speaking during a church programme, she questioned those attacking him, saying many critics have not done anything meaningful to help others.

According to her, she personally contributed to building projects, including houses for people in need, and asked what those criticising pastors have done in comparison.

She also addressed claims that pastors depend only on offerings, insisting that ministry work is not free and that people willingly give.

Pastor Adejumo warned Christians against joining online attacks on religious leaders, saying believers should not use their words to tear down members of the faith.

S*d*my is an*l s*x – Pastor David Ogbueli warns couples against “unholy bedroom practices”

Senior pastor David Ogbueli has stirred conversations online after sharing a strong message about what he described as “defiling” sexual practices within marriage.

While preaching, the cleric stated that certain acts between married couples go against biblical teachings and, in his words, “invite negative spiritual consequences into the home.”

He linked the issue to what he called a growing moral decline, expressing concern that many churches no longer address such topics directly.

Ogbueli also warned that younger generations are being exposed to ideas he believes contradict traditional Christian values, adding that more spiritual guidance and teaching are needed.
