Controversial hip-hop artist Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, has slammed those criticising his style of rap, claiming that they are “intimidated” by his success.
He claimed that his 2023 breakthrough hit, ‘Declan Rice,’ is the most culturally impactful Nigerian hip-hop song in the world.

The rapper also claimed that the song, which Arsenal used to announce the record-breaking signing of Declan Rice from West Ham in July 2023, is “the biggest digital asset” of the club on social media.

Speaking in an interview with The Beat 99.9 FM, Lagos, Odumodublvck said, “If aspiring rappers try to sound like me, they often get discouraged by negative comments. But I made the ‘Good Devil Wells White’ with Larry G and I delivered an A1 verse.

“So many other verses, we’ve done it in English, Vernacular, Patois, we’ve done it in every language. But they want to talk down on it because they feel intimidated. Which rap line, let them bring it out that has have more cultural impact than my line in ‘Cast.’ Which hip-hop song has had more impact in the last 20 years? In the history of Nigerian hip-hop, no Nigerian song has had more impact in the world like ‘Declan Rice.’ It is the biggest digital asset on Arsenal football club ever on social media. Check it.

“What metrics are we using here? They should bring it out. But they said I’m not a rapper. That’s a fallacy. That’s ungrateful. And God will punish all of them.”

Popular Nigerian socialite, Cubana Chief Priest, has filed a defamation lawsuit against his alleged baby mama, Hellen Ati in Kenya.

Ekwutosblog recalls that it all started in six months when the Kenyan woman accused Chief Priest of not taking responsibility for their two-year-old son.

Speaking in a video on social media, Hellen alleged that her short romantic encounter with Chief Priest in April 2022, led to their son’s pregnancy.

She alleged that several attempts made to reach him after giving birth proved abortive, because he blocked her on all channels of communication.

In response, Cubana who denied the allegation, insisted they had never met before.

Reacting to the development, Hellen called for a paternity test, a request that has been met with silence.

However, in a Facebook post on Tuesday, a Nigerian lawyer popularly known as DPA Family Clinic, shared a defamation suit filed by the Nigerian against Hellen in Kenya.

Confirming the development, Hellen in a video on her Instagram page said “Pascal thinks he can sue right? You know within yourself that you are supposed to be in jail by now, and you have audacity, after how many years of calling you to prove yourself innocent with a DNA test if you are sure that I’m lying against you.

“This is Kenya, my country, not Nigeria where you believe you can buy lawyers with your money or the hospital to change the DNA result. I didn’t defame you, I have only been calling you to do a paternity test but you refused. I can’t be silent by your lawsuit. I will continue to call you out until you do the needful”, she said.
