A Lagos father, Samuel Alozie, known as Promise Samuel on TikTok, is demanding justice after his nine-month-old twin sons, Timothy and Testimony, reportedly passed away about 24 hours after receiving routine immunizations at the Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre in Ojo Local Government Area.

The tragedy gained widespread attention when Alozie posted a video on TikTok showing the remains of his children in separate body bags.
He captioned; “This is the result of the immunisation… they killed my twin boys with injections.”
Despite following the nurse’s advice to administer paracetamol and giving the children a bath to reduce their rising temperature, the twins passed away the following morning, December 25.
“It happened that the immunization was conducted on the 24th of December, in the morning. And on the morning of 25th December, they d!£d. On that 24th, after the injection, they were very we@k, and I gave them paracetamol because the nurse said that if the temperature continued, I should give them paracetamol.
“I, and my wife, after we left the health centre, went home and gave the two of them paracetamol, which didn’t solve anything. We even bathed them. My wife bathed them in cold water. They d!£d on the 25th. The two of them d!£d at the same time. And the worst part of it is that the dr¥g weakened two of them to the extent they couldn’t talk, they couldn’t eat, they couldn’t play as usual, like they couldn’t disturb as they used to do.”
Alozie alleged that the health centre may have administered expired or fake vaccines, or given an overdose.
“The Government has ki||£d my children. The Nigerian government… My twins, my nine-month-old children; they have ki||£d them with their f@ke injection and f@ke vaccine.
“Before you go for immunisation, try to know what they are giving to your child, because I guess maybe this is an overdose, or it is f@ke drugs. Because you can’t tell me that my children who are not s!ck, who are strong and sound, and then going to immunisation and coming back, they are de@d.”
He also claimed that the nurse on duty that day was not the usual staff who had been attending to the twins.
He further stated that the nurse administered deworming tablets to the nine-month-old infants without his knowledge or consent.
“The funny part of this is that the woman who has been giving us injections is not the woman who gave us the injection that day. Another face.
“The nurse is even saying that the injection she gave them is what the government prescribed for her to give. What about the tablet drug? You said it’s a worm medicine that you gave my children.
“You gave them worm medicine, and you didn’t ask me, and you didn’t even tell me that you were giving them worm medicine to deworm them. Did I tell you that my children are having a worm problem? Or did I tell you that I wanted you to give them worm medicine? No. Then you explained to the government that you wanted to give them because you are helping me. Helping me to give my two nine-month-old children worm medicine?”
“You gave them worm medicine, and you didn’t ask me, and you didn’t even tell me… Did I tell you that my children are having worm problem?” Alozie said.
The health centre reportedly suggested that the deaths could have been caused by “food bacteria.”
Alozie rejected this explanation, arguing that the children had been healthy since birth and had no history of serious illness.
“The nurse is talking about bacteria, food bacteria. She said that it is food bacteria that killed my children. How can food bacteria kill a child? Food that I’ve been giving them from one month to nine months, the food didn’t kill them. How is it possible?” he asked.
Alozie expressed concern that the government facility might manipulate the autopsy results.
He called for legal support, stating he lacked the financial resources to pursue the case alone.
“Please, if you’re a lawyer, a human rights lawyer, please help me. I don’t have a lawyer, and you know government issue. If you don’t have anybody, you will not get a better result… Although the autopsy has been conducted already, The reason I’m scared is that I don’t know if this government will give me the actual justice because, you know, this is government-to-government. The primary health centre is for the government, and the people who are even running the case for me are government people.
“I know that they will manipulate this result. They are using fake drugs and fake vaccines. They will manipulate it to their own favour, but God will punish any doctor, any nurse who will manipulate this result. The souls of my children will curse that person.”
In his emotional plea, Alozie emphasized the urgency of public support to ensure justice for his twins.

“If I don’t have finance, I have people… I need justice for these children. I have buried them, but I know that their spirit is still not at peace because they died untimely deaths, and their death was caused by the government. I don’t have anybody except God, but I know that God will bring justice to them.”
The Lagos State Ministry of Health and the Primary Health Care Board have yet to release an official statement regarding the incident or the findings of the autopsy.
According to Alozie, he took the twins for their scheduled immunisation on the morning of December 24, 2025.
He said the boys became extremely weak shortly after the injections and were unable to eat or play.
Wife of former Deputy Senate President Ekweremadu returns home following custodial sentence, while her husband remains imprisoned in UK.
The wife of former Nigerian Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, Beatrice, has returned to Nigeria after being released from a prison in the United Kingdom.
Her arrival in the country on Tuesday, January 21, 2026, followed the completion of the custodial portion of her sentence for her role in a high-profile organ-harvesting conspiracy.
Mrs Ekweremadu was received by family members and close associates at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, marking her first time on Nigerian soil since the legal saga began in mid-2022.
While her return has sparked celebrations in her hometown of Mpu, in the Aninri Local Government Area (LGA) of Enugu State, it came amid the continued incarceration of her husband in London.
The return of the former Deputy Senate President’s wife followed her May 2023 conviction by the Old Bailey in London.
She was sentenced to four years and six months in prison for conspiring to facilitate the travel of a 21-year-old Lagos Street trader to the UK for the purpose of harvesting his kidney.
The organ was intended for the couple’s daughter, Sonia, who suffered from a chronic kidney condition.
The case, which was prosecuted under the UK’s Modern Slavery Act 2015, marked the first time the legislation was used in a human organ-harvesting prosecution.
Under UK law, non-violent offenders are typically eligible for release on license after serving half of their custodial term.
Reports indicated that Mrs. Ekweremadu’s release was further facilitated by her good conduct record and by a broader UK government initiative to address severe prison overcrowding.
Despite his wife’s return, Senator Ekweremadu remains in a UK correctional facility serving a significantly longer sentence.
In May 2023, the former lawmaker was handed a nine-year and eight-month term, as the court deemed him the primary driver of the conspiracy.
Efforts by the Nigerian federal government to secure his release or repatriation have so far been unsuccessful.
In late 2025, a high-powered diplomatic delegation visited London to explore a Prisoner Transfer Agreement (PTA) that would allow the Senator to serve the remainder of his term in a Nigerian facility.
However, the UK Home Office reportedly rejected the proposal in November 2025, citing concerns over the guarantee of the sentence’s continued enforcement if transferred to the Nigerian jurisdiction.
The third convict in the case, Dr. Obinna Obeta, who was described by the prosecution as the medical “middleman,” continues to serve a 10-year prison sentence in the UK.
Meanwhile, the couple’s daughter, Sonia, who was cleared of all criminal charges during the 2023 trial, remains in the United Kingdom, where she is reportedly receiving ongoing medical treatment for her condition.
Elon Musk has asserted that medical degrees may soon become obsolete, as AI-powered robots are expected to surpass human surgeons in performance.
The Tesla and SpaceX CEO claimed that humanoid robots like Tesla’s Optimus will outperform the world’s best surgeons within three years.
Speaking on the Moonshots podcast hosted by Peter Diamandis, Musk argued that human doctors are slow to train, prone to error, and fundamentally limited.
“Right now there’s a shortage of doctors and great surgeons,” Musk said.
“[It takes] a super long time to learn how to be a good doctor Doctors have limited time, they make mistakes. How many great surgeons are there? Not that many,” he added.
“So don’t go to medical school?” Diamandis asked Musk.
While robotic surgery is advancing rapidly, experts warn that medicine cannot function without human judgement, accountability and ethical responsibility.
