ADC Owerri Zone Warns Against Factionalism and Inordinate Ambitions

The ADC State Vice Chairman, Imo East, Hon. Engr. Andyson Obani, has cautioned party executives and members against actions that could lead to disunity and implosion within the party. He emphasized that any meeting held outside the party’s official framework will not be recognized or endorsed by the leadership.

In his contribution, the Owerri Municipal Chairman, Honorable Success Opara, echoed these sentiments, stressing the need for unity and cohesion among party members. He emphasized that the party’s strength lies in its ability to work together towards a common goal and urged members to prioritize the party’s interests over personal ambitions.

Hon. Obani and Hon. Opara collectively urged all loyal ADC members to reject and resist clandestine meetings with ulterior motives aimed at destabilizing the party’s chances in upcoming elections. They noted that the party leadership is actively working on policies and awaiting further directives.

Both leaders also stressed the importance of effective sensitization and mobilization of party chapters in preparation for the upcoming INEC program, calling on members to remain united and focused on the party’s goals.
