Niger state 🇳🇬 – The African Democratic Congress (ADC) is set to officially unveil its party structures in Niger State today, Saturday, 20th September 2025. The event is scheduled to hold at the State Party Secretariat, Three Arm Zone, Maitumbi, Minna, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
According to invitations released on the party’s official communication channels, the unveiling ceremony is designed to bring together party leaders, stakeholders, supporters, and members of the public to mark a new chapter for the ADC in Niger State.
Leading the preparations for the event is the Niger State Chairman of the ADC, Alhaji Musa Hassan, who has consistently emphasized the party’s readiness to provide credible leadership and strengthen its grassroots presence across the state. The unveiling is expected to serve as both a symbolic and practical step in consolidating the ADC’s political base in preparation for the 2027 general elections.
The ADC leadership has noted that the unveiling will focus on introducing the party’s vision of transparent governance and people-centered policies. Particular attention will be given to addressing the state’s key challenges, including insecurity, infrastructure gaps, and youth unemployment.
Supporters from different local government areas of Niger State are expected to converge in Minna for the programme. Analysts believe that the unveiling could boost the ADC’s visibility in the state, especially at a time when the party has been attracting defectors from other political platforms who see it as a credible alternative.
While the event is scheduled for today, official reports confirming the commencement or conclusion of the ceremony are yet to be released as of the time of this report. Nonetheless, expectations remain high among party faithful and the general public, who are keen to witness the ADC strengthen its political foothold in Niger State.
The unveiling, when completed, will mark a significant milestone for the African Democratic Congress, setting the stage for stronger political mobilization, grassroots engagement, and a broader push toward becoming a formidable force in the state’s political future.
