Alex Otti pledges to implement anti-open grazing law in Abia
Abia State Governor Alex Otti has directed his Senior Special Assistant on Legislative matters to furnish him with documents passed by the previous House of Assembly concerning open grazing of cows in the state.
He also said that he is one of those who believe that cows should not be allowed to roam about and destroy crops in peoples farms.
Governor Otti stated this on Wednesday at the Government House, Umuahia, while speaking to journalists during the April edition of his monthly chat.
