APC, City Boys Movement: Seyi Tinubu presents appointment letter to Obi Cubana [VIDEO]
Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu has presented an appointment letter as the South-East Coordinator of the City Boy Movement to prominent Nigerian businessman Obi Iyiegbu, widely known as Obi Cubana.
Ekwutosblog reports that the movement, aiming to work for President Tinubu’s re-election in 2027, recently appointed Obi Cubana as its coordinator in the South-East.
The appointment, however, sparked anger amongst netizens, who accused the businessman of being insensitive to the plight of common Nigerians.
Addressing the mixed reactions that trailed the appointment, Obi Cubana, in a post on his official Facebook page on Tuesday, defended his decision to accept the role.
He insisted that meaningful change could only be achieved through active engagement rather than isolation.
