BIOGRAPHY OF African CHINA

Born in Orile, a ghetto side of Lagos, but originally from Imo state. Chinagorom Onuoha, AKA African China is a Nigerian singer/songwriter who expresses political outcry and messages from the heart through song.

The name African C.H.I.N.A. stands for: African Children Have Ideas Natural for African.

His educational backgrounds were in Metropolitan Primary School and Iganmu High School.

African China started his music career in 1985 at the age of seven, and became thoroughly invested in music at the age of 18 in 1996, having completing secondary school.

He is currently a Blue Pie Records USA artist and is published exclusively for the world by Blue Pie Publishing USA (ASCAP).

He received his first award at the Nigerian International Song Festival before releasing his debut album “Crisis “. This album later went on to win many more awards.

African China outstretches his hand to the world, singing a song, a plea, for the world to improve.

His lyrics are spiritually charged and come from a place of deep faith, a fact evident in the emotions of his voice! His music is also undoubtedly politically influenced, as many of his songs have political commentary.

He has described his music as Pidgin Reggae/dancehall, with his inspiration coming from God and people from the street.

Drama As Jesse Jagz Storms Daddy Freeze’s IG Live, Blasts Him And Other Nigerians For Discussing 2Baba’s Marriage (Video)

Rapper, Jesse Jagz, last night joined the Instagram live session of media personality, Daddy Freeze,to cuss him and other Nigerians for discussing 2Face Idibia’s alleged marital crisis.

Earlier on Monday, December 1, Tori News reported that a former manager of 2Face, Kaka Igbokwe, had an interview with Daddy Freeze on IG where he made some shocking allegations about 2Face’s marriage to Natasha.

Kala alleged that Natasha is severely abusive towards 2Face and that things are so bad 2Face feels like he is a ‘’House Husband”. He also alleged that the couple abuse drugs and would need Rehab and Therapy to heal.

He went further to claim that Natasha is now in control of 2Face’s finances and has been making bad decisions with the monies in her possession.

His revelation left many in shock, and calls were made for 2face to be “rescued”. The singer came out on Wednesday, December 3, to appeal to Nigerians to ‘’cease fire” as the hate on his wife Natasha is dangerous and puts her in harms way.

In the live session with DaddyFreeze, Jesse jags said 2Face is a legend and should be left alone. He went further to say he will be living Jos where he is based to Abuja to go and free 2Face.

His appearance and countenance during the live session however raised concerns amongst some Nigerians as he was smoking while speaking.

“I am physically heading from Jos to Abuja tomorrow morning. I am physically going to remove 2Baba make him go drink beer. Make him smoke Igbo” he said

2Baba Cries Out For Help in Now Deleted Instagram Post

This morning, 2Baba posted “Help Me” on his Instagram stories, but less than 20 minutes later, the message vanished.

For the past few days, his relationship with his current wife, Senator Natasha Osawaru, has been under serious scrutiny, as a series of public incidents have surfaced and fuelled widespread speculation about the state of their marriage.

His cry for help should not be taken lightly. But who will answer him?

Will it be his family, his close friends, or the entertainment industry that has benefited from his legendary career?

Rapper Abdulkareems Instagram And Facebook Accounts Suspended After Release Of Song Inviting US President Trump To Nigeria..

The social media accounts, Facebook and Instagram of popular Nigerian musician and activist Eedris Abdulkareem have been suspended by the management of the microblogging site Meta.

It was gathered that his accounts were flagged and taken down, with no access, less than a week after the music star released a new single titled “Open Letter to Donald Trump.”

In the song, Abdulkareem addresses the President of the United States, Donald Trump, appealing for his quick intervention to help resolve crises, particularly the security challenges confronting Nigeria.
Released under his label, Lakreem Entertainment, on TikTok on November 29, 2025, the song is described as both a message to the US President and a sharp critique of Nigeria’s political elite.

Abdulkareem describes Nigerian leaders as “criminals of all shades and hues” who enrich themselves while citizens suffer amid severe insecurity, including kidnappings, killings, and terrorism.
While singing “dem dey fear Donald Trump,” the rapper positions the song as an effort to bring global attention to Nigeria’s deepening crises.
