Black Friday In Jos! School collapse in Jos

A heartbreaking news on internet today!

Since morning I have been down because of this horrible incident of house collapse in Jos.

I was still reading the news of Corps members who were injured as a result of hostel building collapse at NYSC Camp in Ekiti…

I saw another news of school building collapse in Jos, Plateau state, with many children dead, some rescued but injured, others still trapped.

From the stories I have read, 122 children have so far been rescued and 22 confirmed dead.

News has it that a woman who lost her only child, became traumatised and now she is hospitalised!

Another woman passed away after confirming that 4 kids of hers were all in the said building.

Now report has it that their father couldn’t bear the shock, too, and he died immediately he discovered his 4 kids were confirmed dead.

My condolences to the affected parents, and to the bereaved families. May God console you and give you the fortitude to bear the losses.
