Breaking News: Senator Natasha Suspended for Six Months

In a recent development, the Senate has endorsed the proposals put forth by the Committee on Ethics, Privileges, and Code of Conduct, resulting in the suspension of Senator Natasha for a period of six months, effective March 6, 2025.

Ekwutosblog gathered that as  part of the suspension, Senator Natasha will be required to provide a written apology before she can return to her duties. Her office will remain locked, and she will be expected to submit all senate properties to the clerk.

Additionally, Senator Natasha will be barred from approaching the National Assembly Complex during her suspension period. Her salaries, allowances, and security details will also be suspended for the duration.

The suspension also comes with a condition that Senator Natasha will not be allowed to represent herself as a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, both locally and internationally, for the period of her suspension.
