CAN THE BANK WITHDRAW MONEY WRONGLY TRANSFERRED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT FIRST INFORMING YOU THE ACCOUNT OWNER

•If it was the BANK that did erroneous transfer ,they can withdraw the money without first informing the account holder
If the miracle alert you got is because the bank made mistakes while transferring,they can withdraw without your consent or court order
•If it was somebody else or an individual that transferred the money ,the bank cannot withdraw your money without a court order ,it is only when the individual that did the erroneous transfer has obtained an order from court that the bank can withdraw money from your account
