CAN YOUR LANDLORD DECIDE THE NUMBER OF VISITORS YOU SHOULD HAVE IN YOUR APARTMENT
A tenant has exclusive possession of his apartment immediately he pays his rent ,the landlord does not have the right to decide the number of visitors the tenant should have in his apartment so long as
A. The visitors are not permanent visitors
B.The visitors are not causing nüïsãnce ,distürbåñcê or dãmãgê to the property
C. They are not engaged in illegal activities
However if the visitors
A. Distürbs the tenants
B. Overloads utilities
C.poses a security risk to the property
The landlord can süê the tenant to abãte the nuißånce or give up the apartment

The landlord cannot decide ordinarily the number of persons that should visit a tenant but if it poses a risk ,the landlord can süê the tenant
