CAUTION FEE IS REFUNDABLE
CAUTION fee is that money you paid in addition to your rent which the landlord holds for you and will use the money to effect repairs if the house is not properly used by the tenant
DEAR Tenant ,you see that money the landlord told you it is caution fee ,make sure he states that amount in your tenancy agreement and properly acknowledge it
Now here is what you will do in order to qualify for the refund of the caution fee
A. Use the apartment well
B. If there are areas that needs repairs in the house fix it
C. After this take a picture of the apartment and keep for evidence purposes
D. Walk up to your landlord and ask him to hand over the caution fee to you
E. If he refuses to handover the caution fee to you ,you can take him to a RENT TRIBUNAL or approach a regular court to claim you r money
