Davido Fires Back At Wizkid As Rivalry Escalates: ‘Your Career Is Dead.’

Published

It began when Wizkid uploaded a diss video of Davido on Monday, seemingly taking a subtle jab at the 30BG leader.

This post sparked a flurry of reactions from fans of both artists, with additional tension arising between other singers like Kizz Daniel and Tekno, who exchanged words.

On Monday evening, Davido took to the X platform to tweet what appeared to be a subtle jab at the Ojuelegba crooner, implying that his songs are no longer receiving recognition.

“Dem no know ur gbedu [music] again,” he wrote.

Amid Davido’s series of posts, Wizkid wrote: “U know what. No point. delusional niggas pray for y’all”.

Davido then directly quoted Starboy’s post, labeling him a “sick man” in response to Wizkid’s earlier remark about them being delusional.

After that, Wizkid shared a video diss aimed at Davido, prompting the OBO crooner to respond with regret, expressing disappointment in investing his money to revive his career only to see it decline again.

He wrote, “That’s what I thought. Nothing to say! Exactly why I stopped wasting my clout and jeopardizing my millions of USD of endorsements on someone whose career was resurrected a few years ago just to die again. NEXT!!”.
