Flooding: President Bola Tinubu has approved the sum of N80 billion for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Alau Dam in Borno State.
Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, Joseph Utsev made this known on Tuesday after the second Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting presided over by President Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Utsev said the Borno State government is partnering with the federal government to kickstart the project planned to be carried out within the next 24 months.
