“I don’t sing about the pröblems in my country, Nigeria because at the end of the day, it’s all noîse and it won’t change anything. I just want young people to look at my success and work to achieve more than me.” Wizkid

“I had this conversation with my friend the other day in the studio and I was like we can talk about how cräzy and bäd the country is from A to Z, but that’s not gonna change anything.

The most amazing thing you can do is empower the youths and focus more on bringing change than talking about it.

And in ways that you don’t even understand, like me being successful empowers others because they believed if I can do it, they can. Like coming from a pôôr family in Ojuelegba and I’ve gone through years of immense hardwork and I’m here now.

I would love for the young youths and people in Nigeria to see that nothing is impossible. You can take it above and beyond.” Wizkid

Instead of complaining, take action because no matter how much you talk, it won’t change anything but it will all end on social media

This marked her first live performance in four years and her second appearance at the Olympic Games.

Dion’s emotional performance was a highlight of the rain-soaked but spectacular opening ceremony, featuring performances by Lady Gaga and a starring role by French football legend Zinedine Zidane.

Despite the challenges posed by the rain, the ceremony was a spectacular success, with hundreds of thousands of spectators lining the banks and bridges of the Seine to watch the athletes’ flotilla and the lighting of the Olympic cauldron.

The speculation surrounding the nature of Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King’s bond has been a recurring topic, but the influential duo is now setting the record straight.

For those still questioning whether Winfrey and King are a romantic couple, they have put these rumors to rest in a candid interview with Melinda Gates on her “Moments That Make Us” series.

Winfrey reflected, “People have been saying we’re gay for years, and we’ve faced that misconception for a long time. Some people may still believe it.”

Winfrey attributes the persistence of these rumors to the fact that people are unaccustomed to seeing “women with this kind of deep, genuine connection.”

“The key to our enduring friendship is that Gayle is not just happy but genuinely thrilled for me whenever I achieve success or overcome challenges. I feel equally as happy for her, and I believe our mutual support is what makes our bond so strong.”

King humorously chimed in, “I used to tell Oprah, ‘You should do a show about this, because it’s already tough for me to get a date on Saturday nights when people think we’re gay.’ If we were gay, we’d be open about it.”

King continued, “I always assumed that everyone had a close friend like that. I thought every woman, at least, had someone like that in their life.”
