I paid for this apartment last two months and i was not chanced to do anything there. So i brought painters to come help me paint it to white colour cos i don’t like the butter colour the Landlord used for the apartment

While the guys where doing their j0b, they were almost done with their j0b, i got a call from them that Landlord ask them to stop working that he never gave me approval to repaint his house.

Atanda, i called the Landlord immediately and he was telling me that i have no right to repaint the apartment and he referred me to section 10 of the Tenancy agreement he gave me and i checked it and it was there truly but i never went through the tenancy agreement.

So i ask him to R£fund me my rent cos i can’t stay in an apartment where the Landlord will dictate the colour of paint i will use inside my apartment

Atanda, you won’t believe what this man said

He said i must repaint the apartment back to white before he will R£fund me my rent.

He does not even have idea of how much i have wasted already to paint the apartment to white and now he wants me to buy another butter colour paint and still pay painters to repaint the Apartment

I think he must be joking,
Pls Atanda, i want to take this matter up
I hope i have a good case and i want to SU£ him to also pay me back for every penny i spent to paint the apartment which is 600k cos i used imp0rted paints
