IMO GOVERNOR SUSPENDS CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION CHAIRMAN.

The Government of Imo State has announced the immediate suspension of the Chairman of the Civil Service Commission, Dr. Julie C. Onyeukwu.
According to a Special Public Service Announcement issued by the Commissioner for Information, Public Orientation and Strategy, Hon. Declan Emelumba, the suspension was approved by the Governor of Imo State, His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, CON.
Dr. Onyeukwu has been directed to hand over all government property in her possession to the Permanent Secretary or the most senior officer of the commission without delay.
The government emphasized that the decision takes immediate effect, reaffirming its commitment to accountability and order in the state’s public service administration.
