Following a directive from Inspector-General of police, Kayode Egbetokun, the Nigeria Police Force has resumed issuing tinted glass permits nationwide.
This decision comes after public complaints about law enforcement agents harassing vehicle owners with factory-fitted tinted windows. The police spokesperson, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, announced this development in a statement on Wednesday.
