Top members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP have held another stakeholders meeting in Abia North zone, with focus on repositioning the party to reclaim power in the state by 2027
The members, who came from the five local governments that make up Abia North, agreed to shun every divisive tendencies that affected the party in the past.
Speaking at the meeting which was held at the Abriba home of Mandela Obasi, member representing Ohafia North constituency in Abia State House of Assembly, PDP Chiarman, Abraham Amah expressed confidence that PDP would rise again by reclaiming State Government House and other elective positions.
He maintained that the party’s tickets for the 2027 elections would only be given to candidates who emerge through credible primary elections and have the capacity to win main elections.
