Theophilus Sunday was Born on 9th May, 1987, Minister Theophilus Sunday is a popular Nigerian gospel minister and singer. He is a unique minister of the Gospel with an unusual anointing which flows through his chants and songs. He hails from Dekina, Kogi State, Nigeria

Popularly known as One Spirit, Minister Theophilus Sunday is called with a mandate to make man one with God in marriage as man is the church and Christ the husband man. His ministry uses worship as an instrument to bring the church to a deep fellowship with the Holy Spirit. A Psalmist, Minister Theophilus Sunday is renowned for his gospel chant songs which are identical to that of Evangelist Lawrence Oyor. His songs are spirit-filled and stir every listener’s hunger for God.
Minister Theophilus Sunday was born in Dekina, Kogi State, Nigeria. He grew up in Kogi State and after the completion of his primary school education, he enrolled at the Ochaja Boys Secondary School, Ochaja, Kogi State for his Senior School Certificate Examinations.

He thereafter proceeded to the Kogi State University (KSU), Anyigba, where he obtained a degree in Theatre Arts. Upon his graduation from the university in the 2011/2012 academic session, Minister Theophilus Sunday enrolled for the National Youth Service Programme (NYSC) on 5th November 2012. He completed the NYSC scheme service year on October 10th 2013.

Minister Theophilus Sunday is one of the many renowned gospel ministers and artistes in Nigeria. Like many other gospel ministers, he is known in Christendom for the impacts his songs have made in the lives of people. He has been to various gospel events and churches in Nigeria, spreading the gospel through his music. He has also been invited to several higher institutions in the country.

Minister Theophilus Sunday is also the convener and regular host of the True Worshippers Concert, an expression of the World Worship Conference. It is a concert birthed from a mandate to make men as God through the ministry of Worship and make men spirit as it was the original makeup of man. With the first edition which held between May 19th and 21st, 2022 in Lokoja, Kogi state, the True Worshippers Concert is a call to spirit-hood.

Like many ministers of the gospel, Minister Theophilus Sunday is under spiritual covering and his spiritual father is the revered Apostle Arome Osayi. Meanwhile, not much is known about Minister Theophilus Sunday’s relationship life, but he isn’t married yet.

But today Tuesday March 19 speculations have hit the internet over the viral photos of him and his intending wife, his fans have stated that though the photos was taken in Nigeria, it is perceived that his intending spouse is not a Nigerian.

Describing his journey as “nothing short of amazing,” 2Baba honored the memories of those who started with him but are no longer present. He acknowledged the crucial role of his loved ones, including his mother, children, wife Natasha, mothers of his children, siblings, and entire family, who have been his backbone.

BBNaija: I will never go back on reality show – Seyi Awolowo vows

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Seyi Awolowo, has vowed never to return to the show if given the opportunity.

Featuring in a recent episode of the Old Secrets podcast, Awolowo lamented that he allowed himself to be bullied by “very low, insignificant and uneducated people” by accepting to be on the show and vowed not to allow that again.

He explained that if he could go back in time, he still wouldn’t change any of his actions in the house, stressing that he has already been chastised and have learned from his mistakes.

He, however, lamented the attitude of some educated elites who also joined in bullying out of convenience.

“I will never go back to the show, Multichoice can’t even call me…

“I allow myself get bullied by very very insignificant and uneducated people. Not to mention the educated ones amongst that have the ability to see the truth but because of convenience, refused to stand by it,” he said.

This was contained in a statement ‎by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Mr Bayo Onanuga, on Friday in Abuja.

‎Tinubu said 2Baba’s enduring impact on Nigeria’s music scene is top notch.

He also extolled his creativity, resilience, and the unwavering spirit that defines the Nigerian identity.

According to the president, ‎for more than 20 years, 2face serenaded Nigeria and the world at large with soulful melodies, inspired generations, and carried the Nigerian flag with pride worldwide.

‎“His legendary song, ‘African Queen’, remains an evergreen classic that introduced the beauty of African music to the world, placing Nigeria at the heart of the global entertainment map,” Tinubu stated.
