Real Madrid Captain Nacho

Real Madrid’s long-serving defender and captain, Nacho, is set to leave the club after an impressive 23-year tenure at the Santiago Bernabeu, the La Liga giants announced on Tuesday.

The 34-year-old Spanish international, who joined Real Madrid’s youth academy in 2001, has had a storied career with the club, winning six Champions League titles, four La Liga titles, and two Copa del Rey trophies.

Nacho’s illustrious career is highlighted by his role in lifting Real Madrid’s 15th Champions League trophy at Wembley.

He is one of only five players in history to have won six European Cups, making him a central figure in the club’s history.

Speculation suggests Nacho may be heading to Saudi Pro League side Al-Qadsiah, although no official confirmation has been made.

Nacho’s departure marks the end of an era for Real Madrid, as they bid farewell to one of their most dedicated and successful players.
