Justice James Omotosho ruled that the prosecution presented insufficient evidence, calling their case “watery” and noting no proof linked Kyari to disputed properties in Abuja, Maiduguri, or Borno State.
The court criticized including Kyari’s brothers in the conspiracy charge, describing it as unsubstantiated and in bad faith.
The ruling covers only asset declaration allegations; other cases, including drug-related charges, remain ongoing.
