The reaction of Nigerian singer and rapper, Portable after he met Tiwa Savage for the first time during a layover has melted hearts online.

The ‘Zazoo zehh’ crooner couldn’t contain his joy upon sighting the singer, as he kept showering sweet words of praise on her.
Portable had started a live video session during his layover time to address the statement Saida Boj had said during a podcast.
Tiwa Savage, on the other hand, had walked in on him speaking on the live, and he halted immediately to greet her properly.
Portable could be heard calling Tiwa Savage an ‘Ogbanje’ as a form of eulogizing her while she tried to put her hands over his mouth to stop him from speaking any further.
He could be heard saying;
“Ah! Mama God bless you, mama, I have seen my mummy, everybody sees my mummy, Ogbanje are you going to America? God bless you mummy, I am happy to see you. I have finally seen Tiwa Savage, this is London I had a stopover. I am blown now, see the African woman number one, Ogbanje number one, it’s like I met God, God bless you mummy.”

“Stop picking actors based on followers” — Broadcaster Emma Ugolee slams Nollywood’s Unwritten rule

Media personality Emma Ugolee is calling out Nollywood’s growing preference for social media popularity over actual acting talent.
In a strongly-worded post, the seasoned broadcaster described the industry’s “unwritten rule” of casting actors based on their follower count as “sickening” and unfair to trained professionals.
Using two lead actors from a trending series, To Kill a Monkey, as an example, Ugolee pointed out that despite having impressive acting chops and being well-respected by both male and female fanbases, the actors have relatively low follower counts.
“Why?” he asked. “Because they’re not trading their privacy, nudity, or personal drama for clout.”
He went further to contrast them with a popular internet content creator whose massive following stems from asking women to wiggle their bodies, mimic bedroom sounds, and share their favourite sex positions—all on camera. According to Ugolee, these are the types of people Nollywood prioritises for casting, simply because they draw attention online.
“This is in no way to make fun of what he’s doing,” he clarified. “But to show you exactly what it takes to get the engagement Nollywood is asking of these professional actors as tickets to get acting gigs.”
