TIMAYA AND SKY B’S ALBUMS WERE MARKETED TOGETHER

I saw the discovery video made by Lucky Udu on the current living condition of singer SKY B and I was deeply touched. Many didn’t know that SKY B and Timaya albums were pushed together same time into the Market by DANCO MUSIC who was a rice seller but was motivated into music marketing by the talents of TIMAYA and SKY B who were the raves of the moment from the South-South.

The singles of SKY B; PRAY FOR ME, I AM CALLING and that of TIMAYA; DEM MAMA, CALL ME TIMAYA amongst others were street and club bangers then.

As a music critic and analyst then, I discovered that where SKY B initially failed was the rush of his music videos which fell below expectations considering the hit of the songs. TIMAYA was very smart, he delayed the shoot of his own music videos and later came out with classy videos which complimented his hit songs. TIMAYA further moved to Lagos and expanded collaborations with further song productions from Oba K-Solo apart from Chiredu.

Timaya used the Lagos Advantage which is always recommended to creatives but SKY B stayed back. After struggling secretly, he pulled a death stunt and was later discovered to be alive and nothing was heard from him till this current video.

I wish him a great come back even if not into the currently highly competitive Nigerian music scene but to enjoy the benefits of his hit songs on all platforms to enjoy a better life.

Popular comedian and content creator, Koboko and his content team defied heavy rain to protest over the recent killings in Benue State.
The skit maker stated that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu had failed Nigerians due to his inability to protect the lives and properties of citizens.

He urged Nigerians to reject President Tinubu in 2027.

The protesters carried placards that read, “Benue Is Bleeding”, “Is Benue Not Part Of Nigeria?”, “StopBenueKillings”, “May Tinubu Not Happen To Us In 2027”, among others.

Sharing photos from the protest via his X handle on Tuesday, he captioned them: “Tinubu has failed us.”

TikToker, Jarvis, recently broke down in tears during a live-streaming session, shedding light on the ongoing tension in her relationship with fellow content creator, Peller.

The emotional moment occurred during a joint live broadcast that featured other popular TikTokers, Sandra Benede and Seun Pizzle. In the video, Jarvis expressed her frustration, accusing Peller of breaching her trust by publicly sharing private details of their relationship.

According to her, any time she opens up to Peller about personal issues, he brings them up during his live sessions, often inappropriately. “He doesn’t know how to filter his words when he’s live,” she said, explaining why she has stopped confiding in him.

When asked what triggered the recent disagreement, Jarvis admitted the matter had deeper layers. “There are many reasons Peller is angry, but he’s taking it public. We’ve already talked about these things privately, but because it hasn’t been addressed online…”

On his part, Peller accused Jarvis of being secretive and not informing him of her plans in advance. He maintained that he’s open with her about his life and doesn’t hold anything back.

Venting his frustrations during his own live session, he said, “How can I claim this kind of girl? Do you know what this girl did? I don’t like Jarvis; she has offended me. I’m just helping her life now. I’m trying to accept her back, but she has already hurt me.”

The situation sparked debate among fans, many of whom were skeptical about the authenticity of the drama. Some suggested it might be content-driven, predicting that the pair would soon reconcile as they had in the past.

This isn’t the first public spat between the couple. In March 2025, Jarvis called out Peller and threatened to end their engagement following another heated argument.

Since making their relationship public in 2024, Jarvis and Peller have been the subject of intense online speculation, with many doubting the longevity of their romance. Their relationship gained widespread attention in December 2025 when Peller proposed to her in a viral video.
