TINUBU NAMES FIVE NEW PERMANENT SECRETARIES ACROSS FCT, IMO STATE , OTHER STRATEGIC FEDERAL ZONES.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of five seasoned professionals as Permanent Secretaries to fill key vacancies within the Federal Civil Service.
The announcement, made by the Director of Information and Public Relations in the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Eno Olotu, confirmed the appointees as follows:
Ibrahim Abdulkarim Ozi – Federal Capital Territory (FCT)
Ezemama John Chidiebere – Imo State
Garba Abdul Sule Usman – North Central Zone
Mohammed Musa Ishiyaku – North East Zone
Ukaire Binyerem Chigbowu – South East Zone
According to the statement, the selection process was competitive, transparent, and anchored on merit, underscoring the current administration’s promise to uphold excellence in public service.
The newly appointed officials are expected to deploy their vast knowledge and administrative experience to enhance government service delivery and contribute to national development goals.
The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, congratulated the appointees and praised President Tinubu for reinforcing the values of professionalism, accountability, and competence in governance. She noted that these appointments reflect the administration’s commitment to building a highly efficient and citizen-focused civil service capable of meeting the aspirations of Nigerians.
The newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are scheduled to assume duty immediately in their respective postings.
