Uzodimma inaugurates Imo boundary committee, urges members to restore peace in communities
Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, has inaugurated a 15-member Boundary Committee tasked with resolving boundary disputes and restoring peace in communities across the state.
The committee, chaired by Deputy Governor Lady Chinyere Ekomaru, includes key government officials and stakeholders.

Governor Uzodimma emphasized the committee’s crucial role in promoting peace and prosperity in Imo State, urging members to work within the legal framework to resolve disputes. The committee’s establishment aims to address boundary issues, particularly those between Imo and neighboring states, and ensure peaceful coexistence among communities.
In her acceptance speech, Lady Ekomaru assured that the committee would not disappoint the governor’s expectations and would work to add value and repute to Imo State.
