We are on strike. Stay at home – NLC tells workers.
The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has directed workers to stay at home and join the ongoing nationwide strike.
The strike is a protest against the Federal Government’s failure to meet the demands of workers, including a new minimum wage and a reversal of the recent hike in electricity tariffs.
The NLC has also protested the Federal Government’s handling of the economy and the suffering of Nigerians.
