When we were growing up, after wearing p@nts and br@, we still wear tights and singlets making it impossible for people to see our n!pples, but girls of nowadays walk around n@ked without P@nts and Br@——- Ify Obinabo (Anambra Commisioner for Women and social welfare)

The Honorable commissioner for women and social welfare in Anambra lamented about the high level of r@pe cases that comes to her office everyday, according to her, the triggers to this issue must be addressed and avoided before the menace of r@pe came be eradicated in the state.

She mentioned some causes of r@pe which are;

– drug @buse amongs men
-fake Dibias that encourage men to sleep with virgins to make wealth
-Indecent dressing among women
—Mothers inability to control and train their girl child

She emphatically stated that indecent dressing among women is a major cause of r@pe. She encouraged ladies to dress well and cover up all the time.

She cautioned those ladies that come out in public without P@nts and Bra and she mentioned that it wasn’t so in their time when she was younger. furhermore she admonished mothers to control what their girl children wear.

According to her, If these things are put in check, the Menace of R@pe will be reduced or completely eliminated in the state .
